Hi and my name is jan Kobe and I live in the U.S.A. As an artist, I studied to receive my Bachelor of Fine Art in Illustration in Kansas then worked in the greeting card world on the drawing board for 5 years. I worked as an artist in San Francisco, California for 3 years also. I now live in the Midwest in a small community and paint my own ideas ongoing in my art studio. As an illustrator, I am influenced by the natural woodlands surrounding my Midwestern heritage. I paint images of the outdoors of flora and fauna from imagination reflecting my love of the woods incorporated with children and women models.
