I am a local artist having worked in textile design, book illustration and greeting card design. I love to paint in all mediums but my favourite is oils. For more detailed design work I use watercolours. My subjects range from wildlife, portraiture and landscapes. Competitions are a challenge and I have been lucky enough to win two awards the Daler Rowney award and also the people's choice award in 2015 in association with the Artist and leisure painters magazine.
