I paint in watercolours and acrylics and occasionally mixed media and find my inspiration in the coastline and countryside of The UK. I have a few different styles - a loose pen and wash approach and an illustrative style in watercolours and an abstract approach in acrylics. I enjoy trying to capture the atmosphere of a place but often my work is a combination of snippets of places visited and remembered. I teach privately, undertake commissions, run workshops in pen and wash and give demonstrations to art clubs and societies. I currently exhibit in Bedfordshire Hertfordshire and Suffolk. My work is purchased online in both The UK and abroad.
