Card Stock

We print our greeting cards and Standard Prints on 350gsm Invercote G made by Iggesund.

Invercote G is a solid bleached board (SBB) designed for graphical products and prestige packaging, where an exceptional aesthetic result is desired. Invercote G has a smooth surface, tailored to faithfully reproduce the most sophisticated printed images. This surface, combined with its excellent structural, design and embossing characteristics make it ideal for demanding printing applications.

One side is triple coated and the other side is single coated, making it ideal for a greeting card, as the inside can be written in with a pen without smudging. Both sides are finished to a matt level. Thanks to its composition of multiple layers of solid bleached primary fibres, Invercote G has a superior strength and toughness compared to board grades that contain mechanical or recycled fibres or single-ply bleached primary fibre board. The finished greeting card is not flimsy and has a superior quality feel to it.

Please note that Invercote G paper is sometimes unavailable for us to order due to global demand and its popularity. When we are unable to source this stock, then we have a backup of Ensocoat 350gsm.

Inks / Toner

Our greeting cards are printed using a Canon C10000VP commercial print press, using CMYK dry toner, which ensures the card is fully recyclable.

Canon technologies ensure state-of-the-art quality from first to last print without compromising on productivity. Canon’s newly developed consistently vivid (CV) toner improves transfer efficiency for enhanced colour consistency and accuracy.

Poster Paper

Our posters are printed on high quality premium 250gsm satin poster paper.

Inks

We only use the Latest Epson 11 colour Printing Technology for a Superior fade resistant finish. Compared to traditional CMYK printing, the 11 colour process can provide a much broader range of colours to help ensure more accurate colour reproduction.

Giclee Inks

Compared to traditional CMYK printing, the 10 colour process can provide a much broader range of colours to help ensure more accurate colour reproduction. The print machine we use is an Epson SureColor P900, which is designed for professional photographic applications.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag

This is our most popular paper, made with 100% cotton rag. With a delicately smooth finish, almost like felt, it is a great structure for expressing depth and fine detail. Colours come to life on this paper, displaying brilliant colours with striking contrast and holding the very deepest blacks.

This highly versatile paper has structure and weight to provide a reliable and accurate print, time after time.

Hahnemühle Torchon

Hahnemühle Torchon is a cellulose-based FineArt inkjet paper with an inkjet coating specially tailored for FineArt applications. The bright white art paper has a clear, coarsely structured felt mark and is characterised by a very special tactile feel. The unique surface structure blends with the images and lends them an impressive three-dimensional effect and sense of depth. The premium matt inkjet coating produces outstanding print results, with bright colours, perfect reproduction of detail and deep black. The acid- and lignin-free Torchon paper meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is specially designed for FineArt use.

Permajet Museum Heritage 310gsm

Museum Heritage 310 is a fine art inkjet paper with a textured surface and mid-white base. It prints with outstanding detail and clarity, enhanced by the rough textured weave that is highly suited to fine art photography, rustic scenes, and detailed portraits. This cotton and Alpha Cellulose mix paper is perfect for artists wishing to reproduce their work, with the mid-white base providing outstanding colour and monochrome renditions.

Museum Heritage has a superior coating that prints excellent highlight and shadow detail with a high Dmax. The textured surface adds a depth and quality to images for that extra special look and feel, suited to professional exhibitions, galleries, museums, and artists.
